Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-volume periods, there may be slight delays—but we always aim to ship as fast as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Delayed Packages
PopLash is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or customs processing times. If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out—we’ll do our best to assist.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time. Some international countries may restrict import of certain cosmetic items; please check your local regulations before ordering.
